Product Description(Double Pulse MIG Welder )
DPMIG is the main feature of the Topwell ALUMIG-250P Double pulse Synergic. During the welding process, there are superimposed with the two levels of the pulse current on the arc current. The high pulse period "drives" welding and "drops" in the melt zone, and the low period makes it possible to cool the metal to avoid distortions and sags. This ensures full control and temperature control in the zone of the arc, which ensures perfect welding "stacked-dime" seam, as same as in a time-consuming TIG welding. In the Double Pulse mode, it is available for setting the pulse duration of the operating cycle with high current in the range of 10% to 90%. This ensures optimal heat input and perfect transfer, which improves the quality of the weld. It's also available for setting the pulse frequency in the range of 0.1 to 10 Hz.

Product Description(Double Pulse MIG Welder )
